' An eight ( 8) inch ductile iron cement linad water pipe , sea]. coated inside , tar coated outside shall be in: taped for 1600 feet on Boston Street and 800 feet along the proposed roadway. Installation shall be fifteen ( 15 ) feet fro, ti,e property line with five ( 5) feet of cover below finish grade . b . Eddy breakflange fire hydrants to North And.-ver specifications are to be installed at sta . 5+0, 10+0, 15+30 . C . Eddy breakflange hydrants to North Andover specifications are to be installed at sta . 4+80 and 8+0 . d . AI.L hydrants shall be installed' with six ( 6) inch Mueller or equal, gate valves (open left ) complying with AWWA specifications L500 52T with sliding type cast iron gage boxes ( 100 lbs . ) marked ' WATER' . e . Eight ( 8) inch Mueller or equal gate valve (open left ) will be required at sta . 0+0 and on either side of the intersection of Boston Street and the proposed roadway . f . AIL of the above work must pass the leakage and pressure tests performed in accordance with Section 13 Standard 600 and shall be chlorinated in accordance with AWWA Standard C601 Standard Procedure for Disinfecting Water Mains . Adequate pub .ic Liability and property damage insurance, as well as a street opening bond in an amount satisfactory to the Highway Surveyor sl all be required for the work on Boston Street . 6. In accordance with ' the Dire Departments recommendations : a ., All lot numbers shall be posted during construction. b. House numbers shall be posted as soon as pk -ssible . C . No open burning is permitted except as pr -)vided by the Tire Department . d . Underground fuel storage must comply with Department - regulations . e . Prior to taking occupancy, the subdivision street shall provide adequate access to each residence for fire apparatus , by having at Least: a binder coat applied . 7. A Notice of Intent shall be filed with the North Andover Conservation Commission as required under Ch. 131 , Wetlands Protection Act and local Conse�_vation Commission ' s reguaations and any changes required may be cuase for reconsideration of the subdivision under M .G . L. , Ch. 41 . 8. All requirements of the Subdivision Control Laws pertaining to ' Street Trees ' shall be enforced by the Tree Department . 9. In accordance with the Highway Department ' s recommendations : a . Incorporate the detention area alon, rith all other drainage courses , as easments to the Town. Such easemcits , along with the road widening easement on Boston Street shall be recorded at the I ' 1 1 Registry of Deeds by the developer . 10. In accordance with Section II .B. 5 of the Planting Board Rules and Regulations , the applicant shall, deed a fifty ( 50) foot wide parcel of .land along with slope easements to the Tcwn for the future extension to the abutting land . Lofts 5 and 6 sha:l.l have sufficient land arer, and frontage (as required in the North Andover Zoning Bylaw ) eccluding said future extension . 11 .
