Jean Enright, Planning Director
North Andover Planning Board
120 Main Street
North Andover, MA 01845
RE: Rea St, No Andover, MA
Dear Ms. Enright,
This office has prepared a revised lot development plan for lots 4 through 7 which are part of the
definitive subdivision plan entitled "Improvement of Rea Street"which was approved by the planning
board earlier this year. The proposed plan depicts the actual footprints of the homes which will be
constructed on the lots. This plan has been approved by the conservation commission and is being
submitted to the planning board for their file.
As part of the revised plan submittal a revised drainage calculation and report were produced by this
office to verify that the stormwater management systems would function as designed and in
conformance with the regulations. As a result of small increases in the footprints of the homes the
size of infiltration area 2 was increased by adding an additional stormwater chamber to each row of
chambers in the system. A copy of the calculations is also attached.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 978-435-1324.
Thank you,
f

Good Morning Monica,
In regards to the questions you and others have 1 have the following,
1. There is a table of areas on sheet 2 of the plans. This table shows the areas that were approved in the original
plan on a lot by lot basis along with the areas on the revised plans. The revised roof areas add up to a total
increase of 1,175 square feet. However, the driveway areas have been revised and they are reduced by a total of
614 square feet.
2.The lots did not change and are the same as was approved on the original plans.
3. The homes meet the required 30' front and 30' side setbacks.
Feel free to forward
any additional questions that may arise.
Ben

Hi John,
The Developer for Rea Street submitted a revised plan is due to"small increases in the footprints of the homes." Due to
the increase, the Project Engineer has proposed an increase in the size in infiltration area 2, to add additional stormwater
Chamber to each row of the chambers in the system. Please let me know your thoughts on this proposal.
Thank you,
