Dear Ms, Enright:
We offer the following responses to comments received in a review letter of July 20, 2018 by the Town of
North Andover DPW,
1. The O &M has been revised to state the Homeowner's Association will own and maintain the
stormwater BMP's located within the lots,
2. The sediment forebay location has been added to the Grading and Drainage sheet.
3. The driveways are upgradient of the roadway. A gutter would remain along each driveway curb
cut. We have added a construction detail showing construction and grading for the driveway
aprons.
4. The swales are proposed as "grassed channels" and a detail is provided on sheet 11 of 12.
5. The outlet pipe size has been labeled on the Utilities Plan sheet 6 of 12.
6, An outlet structure detail is located on sheet 11 of 12.
7. Roof drains connected to the grassed channels are shown on sheet 5 and 6 of 12,
8. The sewer pump station design will be submitted for review upon completion of the Definitive
Subdivision review process.
