One access point can produce difficulty getting additional resources to the scene. • With our site visit at the corner of Rea Street and Abbott Street we are of the opinion that having the proposed roadway continue through from North Cross did not create a hazard as long as a sidewalk and stop sign were installed. We felt that there was good visibility in all directions. Sheet 5 of 12 shall be updated to idnetify and call out the proposed sediment forebay. 3, It appears that the roadway stormwater runoff is being directed to the southerly side of the roadway towards the proposed sloped granite curbing. It is unclear how the runoff will remain in the gutter line as it crosses the private driveways. As I indicated in any email,upon review of the updated information and the email dated March 28, 2019 submitted by the Applicant's engineer, Christiansen& Sergi,the Town finds the sewer pump station criteria as submitted, acceptable. However, we want to make sure that the Applicant is aware that prior to the release of any lots, a bond through the Planning Department will need to be submitted and shall include the cost for the final designn and construction of the sewer pump station. Furthermore,the sewer pump station including all details and components will need to meet all Town/Public Works requirements for a pump station regardless of when the Town may take ownership. In addition,as indicated in Christiansen.& Sergi's email dated March 28, 2019,the detail items of the proposed sewer pump station that include but are not limited to the hatch, rails, generator etc. that the Town and Town's consultant Environmental Partners would like specific details on, will be handled with submittals fr•onn the contractor to be submitted to the Town for review and approval prior to construction.
