MAR I CHU5S TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS Neil & Audrey O'Connor DECISION 45 Tucker Farm Road North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #012-93 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 1993 upon the application of Ray Adams for Neil & Audrey O' Connor requesting a variation of Section 7 , Paragraph 7 . 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of five (5) feet from the side yard setback requirement to allow stairs to be added to the deck on the premises located at 45 Tucker Farm Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank Series, Jr. , Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Raymond Vivenzio, Louis Rissin and John Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on February 17 and 24 , 1992 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Rissin and second by Mr. Pallone, the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the grating of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw. Dated this 12th day of March 1993 .
