The pipe shall be installed 15 feet from the property line with S . feet of cover below the finish grade . 8 inch ._ ir-on cement lined wager -pipes-, seal coated - iK inside/tar coated outside shall be installed 15 feet from the property line: along the proposed road from Mill Road to Johnson Street ; ' (A , for 665 feet along the property Lines of Lot and 1 0 Turnpike Street . 6. Eddy br.eakflanqe fire hyndrants to North Andover specifica- tions shall be installed on the proposed street at Stations 4+50, 9+10 and 13+30. 7. All work must pass the leakage and pressure tests performed in accordance with AWWA Standard C600 and chlorinated in accordance with AWWA C601 ,"Standard Procedure for Disinfecting Water Mains" . Adequate public liability and property damage insurance , as well as a street opening bond for work on Mill_ Road and Turnpike Street , in the amount satisfactory to the Highway Surveyor , will be required . 8. A Notice of Intent shall be filed with the Conservation Commission as required under Chapter 131 , Wetland Protection Act and the local Conservation Commission' s regulations , and any changes required by an Order of Conditions may be cause for reconsideration of the subdivision under Chapter 41 . In the areas of fill , no drainage structures shall be installed until adequate measures have been taken to ensure that proper fill materials are- used' 'to prevent settlement . 10.
