Re: Chestnut Acres Evergreen Drive Gentlemen: Having viewed Evergreen Drive the following work remains to be completed: Placing of the wearing surface on the road, clean and loam shoulders and correct the condition in the road, which is, a wet area near the residence of Mr. Mark Henry. Mr. Valle's driveway is projecting into the road and should stop at his property line to a point 3 inches higher 'than, the center line of the road. The grade of the approach should be From designated grade at property line to the edge of the paved road. The Highway Department should be contacted when all driveways are installed.
