FEBRUARY 28 , 1989
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Planning Board will hold a
public hearing on Thursday evening , March 16 , 1989 at 8 : 00 p , m. in the
Town Hall , Selectmen ' s Meeting Room, with all parties interested in the
application of Parthenon Development Group, Inc . , requesting approval of
a Planned Residential Development containing 44 housing units, pursuant
to the provisions of M. G . L . Chapter 40A, Section 9 and under the
requirements of the Zoning Bylaw, Section 8 . 5 of the Town Of North
Andover. The following described parcel of land bounded as follows ,
contains 45 . 8 acres of land, known as Clay Pit dill .
Bounded : West by Chestnut Street, North by, Gilbert 0 . Rea, ZMC Trust,
Timothy M. Finnegan , Bast by Greater Lawrence Community Antenna, Inc ,
and South by Cyr Associates and Josie M. Bredbury.
