The above-described land is subject to and has the benefits of the rights, easements and restrictions referred to or implied in a deed from Pacific Mills dated December 17, 1928, fled and registered as Document No, 4562 , For my title see deed filed with the Essex County Northern Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 83077,creating Transfer Certificate of Title No. 14220,Registration Book 113, Page 25.
