MASSACHUSETTS QUITCLAIM DEED
I,Colleene Kiley,an adult individual, of North Andover,Essex County,Massachusetts,
for consideration paid, and in full consideration of less than One Hundred and 00/100 ($100.00)
Dollars
grant to Colleene Kiley, Trustee of the Colleene Kiley Trust, under Declaration of Trust dated
April 7th, 2023, and of which a Certificate of Trustee is being recorded herewith,
of 94 Lyman Road,North Andover,Massachusetts 01845

That certain parcel of land situated in North Andover in the County of Essex and said
Commonwealth,bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by lot twelve A(1 2A) as shown on plan hereinafter mentioned fifty and 82/100
(50.82) feet;
Easterly by lot nine(9) on said plan fifty-eight and 84/100(58.84) feet;
Southerly by Lyman Street fifty (50)feet, and
< Westerly by lot eleven A(I 1A) on said plan sixty-six and 02/100(66.02) feet,
All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located as shown on plan No. 8813U,
Sheet 2,filed with Certificate of Title No. 2169, Book 15, Page 77,the same being a copy of a
portion of the plan drawn by Sohn Franklin, Civil Engineer,dated June 1936,and additional data
filed in the Land Registration Office, all as modified and approved by the Court, together with
the fee in the street or way upon which said lot abuts to the middle line thereof, and being
designated as lot ten A(1 OA) ,Block seven (7) thereon,
So much of the land as is included within the street or way is subject to its use by all parties
entitled, and to any rights and easements so far as applicable, as set;forth in Certificate of Title
No. 1251,Book 9,Pagel.
The above-described land is subject to and has the benefits of the rights, easements and
restrictions referred to or implied in a deed from Pacific Mills dated December 17, 1928, fled
and registered as Document No, 4562 ,
For my title see deed filed with the Essex County Northern Registry District of the Land Court as
Document No. 83077,creating Transfer Certificate of Title No. 14220,Registration Book 113,
Page 25.
I, Colleene Kiley, Grantor,hereby release any and all homestead rights Z have in the property
described above and being conveyed herein.
No Title Examination requested or performed.
