Re:Cricket Lane Dear Bill: In regards to a bond release on this sub- division, I would recommend holding $1,000.00 until April 15, 1981, to insure that seeding takes and to also make sure that the drainage as adjusted in the field, is workable. The main reason for this recommendation is due to the fact that the developer failed to perform within the completion date, which necessit- ated an extension. This caused all final grading and seeding to be done much later than it should have, for seed to germinate and minimise erosion. We also had a drainage swale altered to accomodate drainage at the end of the culdesac. I feel additional time is necessary to insure that this is workable and problem free. I would suggest that this money be held under maintenance for a reasonable period which I would say next April. In my opinion this road could be brought before Town Meeting next year if this maintenance is followed through. Very truly yours, a - Or William A. BLUEBERRY HILL 1. Clean out stone from culvert and also areas on either side of the culvert. 2. Clean debris from catch basins. 3. Bankbook is being haeld for final patch to be made on sewer service from the culdesac. This work was done by another contractor and is not the responsibility of Mr. Osgood.
