PROJECT
On April 7, 2015 the Planning Board approved a Site Plan Review Special Permit for a 315 square foot
loading dock addition, modifications to lot entrance for truck access, modifications to drainage system to
relocate pipe lines,creation of pervious area at rear of lot, pedestrian and forklift access between 80
Flagship Drive and 94 Flagship Drive, and change of building use in the Industrial 1 (1-1)zoning district, j
On December 22, 2016 the Applicant requested to amend the existing plan and relocate the 8' x 14'
storage container and add three(3)Air Make Up units (13' x 5.33 ) at the rear of the building as required
for the completed design for the fresh air intake into the ventilation system for the plating process to be
installed per code in the building.
FINDINGS
The proposed changes are deemed to be Insubstantial and do not alter tither the intent or the conditions of
the original Site Plan Review Special Permit.
All plan revisions will be reflected on the final as-built drawings.
