The Grantor herein releases any rights of Homestead that they may have in said Lot I I D
and attest under the pains and penalties of perjury that they do not have any spouse,former
spouse, partner, or former partner in a civil union, who have Trot joined in this deed, who
can claim the benefit of the Massachusetts Homestead Act, MGL, Ch. 188.
Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of any and all easements,
restrictions,reservations and conditions of record,if any, insofar as the same are no in force
and applicable,
Meaning and intending to convey and hereby conveying aportion of the premises conveyed
to the grantor herein by deed dated September 26, 2011 and recorded with the Northern
Essex District Registry of Deeds in Book 12803, Page 74.
