a "covenant running with the hand", or otherwise provide security for the con-
struction of ways and the installation of municipal services within said sub-
division* all as provided by G.L. c. 419 S. 81-U.

The undersigned hereby applies for the approval of said DEFINITIVE plan
by the Board# and in furtherance thereof hereby agrees to abide by the Board's
Rules and Regulations. The undersigned hereby further covenants and agrees
with the Town of North Andover' upon approval of said DEFINITIVE plan by the
Board:
1. To install utilities in accordance with the rules and regulations of the
Planning Boards the Public Works Department# the Highway Surveyor, the
Board of Health, and all general as well as zoning by-laws of said Town,
as are applicable to the installation of utilities within the limits of
ways and streets; '
2. To complete and construct the streets or ways and other improvements shown
thereon in accordance with Sections Iv and V of the Rules and Regulations
of the Planning Board and the approved DEFINITIVE plan' profiles and cross
sections of the same. Said plant profiles' cross sections and construction
specifications are specificallyp by reference# incorporated herein and made
a part of this application. This application and the covenants and agree—
ments herein shal.l.be binding upon all heirs# executors, administrators,

4,,.That all water mains and sewers on Fuller Road and Salem
Street shall be i-install,ed ;in accordance with the Board of
Public Works specifications.
5. That "A package treatment facility to serve the`' completed
three subdivisions - The Bridges , Fuller Farms and Bruin Hill,
be installed in accordance with the design and specifica-
tions of the Board of Public Works .

6. That all drains, Cape Cod berms, headwalls , road base, road
surface and shoulders shall be built in accordance with
the specifications of the Office of Highway Surveyor
7. That all street trees shall be in accordance with the
requirements of the Tree Warden..
8. That adequate public liability and property damage insurance
as well as a street opening bond in an amount scat by the
Highway Surveyor and the Board. of Public Works must be
provided.
9. That fire alarms shall be installed, in accordance with the
Board of Fire Engineers.
10. That a Notice of Intent be filed with the Conservation F
Gpmmission,
11. That all construction improvements shall be built in
accordance with the "Rules and Regulatians Governing the 9
Subdivision of Land, Town of North Andover, Massachusetts,
1973.
12. That all construction improvements pertaining to this sub-
division be completed in full by January 1, 1980. E
OR
Disapproval for the following reasons :
1. A sewerage plan- and treatment facility plan be submitted.
2. A revised subdivision master plan of the entire three sub--
divisions in total or in three parts (Bridges, Fuller Farms
and Bruin Hill) shall be submitted before approval of any
parts of these subdivisinns be made.
3. Drainage improvements be 'made as requested by the Highway
Surveyor.
