That all construction improvements pertaining to this sub- division be completed in full by January 1, 1980. E OR Disapproval for the following reasons : 1. A sewerage plan- and treatment facility plan be submitted. 2. A revised subdivision master plan of the entire three sub-- divisions in total or in three parts (Bridges, Fuller Farms and Bruin Hill) shall be submitted before approval of any parts of these subdivisinns be made. 3.
