The Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing for the
above captioned subdivision for tionday evening , august 29 ,
1933 at 7 : 30 p .m.
DA chock in the amount of $125 . 00 made payable to the Town of
North Andover representing the filing fee raust be submitted
to this office prior to the publication of the legal notice .
In addition , the list of abutters submitted by your $ffice
is incomplete , according to the Assessor ' s Office . Please

Dear Mr. Hedstrom:
Listed below is the tentative construction schedule for Fuller
Meadow Road, as required under Section IIIB, paragraph lH of
the North Andover Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivi-
sion of Land.
1. Approval of the definitive plan - 60 days after submittal.
2. Financing, roadway construction (binder course) - 60 days.
3. Building construction and septic system installation -
6 months.
4. Final paving and bound setting - 3 months.
This construction schedule is tentative and is subject to change
due to weather conditions, strikes, etc.

RE : Taking the Bond for Fuller Meadow Road
Attached please find a petition from the residents of Fuller
Meadow Road requesting Planning Board action to place the finish coat on
their Street. The Board will begin the process to take the money witlz a
public hearing on this matter possibly by March 2 , 1989 .

RE : Request for application of the finish topcoat on Fuller Meadows goad.
Dear Members:
The undersigned residents request action by the Planning Board to approve
the application of the finish topcoat on the street known as Fuller Meadow
Road.
A bond of $10 ,000 was set aside by the builder , Mr .Thomas Laudani of Forbes
Realty Trust , which was to be released to the town as of November 1985.
This money was required of the builder by the town for the express purpose
o+ finishing the road surface upon completion of the dev 1 opmen t „ We nopw
request that the money be put to its intended use . Although much time has
passed, we contacted Buddy Cyr' s office on several occasions, and we have
accepted delays. however , we are beginning to have concerns that we could
lace the bonded money by default , or that the cast of the project w+i l l rise
over time until the brand wi 1 l no longer cover the expense .
We request the application of the finish coat to take place this year .
