Dear Members: The undersigned residents request action by the Planning Board to approve the application of the finish topcoat on the street known as Fuller Meadow Road. A bond of $10 ,000 was set aside by the builder , Mr .Thomas Laudani of Forbes Realty Trust , which was to be released to the town as of November 1985. This money was required of the builder by the town for the express purpose o+ finishing the road surface upon completion of the dev 1 opmen t „ We nopw request that the money be put to its intended use . Although much time has passed, we contacted Buddy Cyr' s office on several occasions, and we have accepted delays. however , we are beginning to have concerns that we could lace the bonded money by default , or that the cast of the project w+i l l rise over time until the brand wi 1 l no longer cover the expense . We request the application of the finish coat to take place this year .
