B. Highway Surveyor continued) :
2. ReRl :
A binder coat of 28 feet and a finished coat of 26 feet
over a gravel width of 30 feet will be provided.
3. Requirement:
The gravel depth be 16" instead of 1411 .
Reply:
Maintain the 14" of gravel as per the Subdivision Control
Law.
4. Re uirement :
Catch basins be provided at the entrance to the cul-de-
sac,
Reply :
To provide two catch basins at the entrance of the cul--
de-sac would pick up a combined total of less than 1 cfs
of runoff. The calculations submitted with the application
show that the total road runoff to the intersection of
Fuller Meadow Road and Fuller Road combined flow is 3. 5
cfs. To require catch basins at the entrance of the
cul-de-sac would provide insignificant benefits with
significant cost. in addition, the location of drain
lines in Fuller Meadow Road, along with the wetlands at
the rear of the lots, would require the siting of several
leaching facilities closer than the 100 foot minimum
requirement to drain lines or wetlands, which is at
variance with the Rules and Regulations of the North
Andover Board of Health.
The definitive subdivision plans will be revised to reflect the
changes noted herein.
in addition, the wetland delineation originally submitted has
been revised to conform with that agreed upon by this office
and the North Andover Conservation Commission.
