Re : 9-32 Andrew Circle, North Andover.
Dear Kathleen:
As you know, I represent Thomas and Marie Hill, owners of the
above--referenced townhouse units . During their due diligence in
connection with their purchase of the 24 townhouses last summer,
the Hills ' surveyor determined that all 24 of the townhouses
encroached on abutting lots . Some encroachments were only one or I.
two foot, while other encroachments were up to five feet . I have
enclosed a copy of Andrew Bramhall ' s plan showing the encroach-
ments for your reference .
In order to remedy the widespread encroachment problem, the
Hills would like to file a Form A Subdivision plan reflecting new
lot lines that run through the middle of the party walls . Mr .
Nicetta has asked that you request a zoning compliance letter
from him directly. I am mailing a copy of the enclosed plan and
other relevant material to Mr. Nicetta for his records .
