Lyons, Town Clerk Town Office Building Borth Andover, Mass Dear Sirs: The Planning Board held a public hearing on Monday oveningg October 29, 1973 at 7:30 P.M. in the Tom Office Building upon the application of M=HM CONSTRUCTI0N CO. , INC. , for a subdivision pursuant to the provisions of C .L. c. 419 Section 81.-T, under the requirements of the Subdivision Control Law and the rules and regulations governing the subdivision, of the Planning Board in the Town of North Andover, containing approximately 45 acres of land, sub- divided :into 31 lota, bounded by land of Lamprmp Pernokas, Bradley, Armitage, Locke, Bacigalupo, Garvey, Saccaraccio, Lally, doco, Salisbury, Nilson, Greenwood, Turner, Quartar°one, Town of North Andover•® Ippolito, Segal and Sutton Hill Road. Clerk's office and in the Planning Board files. Defirritive subdivision plans were submitted on September 24, 1.9739 and by unanimous vote the Board doemed their not to have been submitted in accordance with sever requirements of the Subdivision Rules mW regulations. Definitive playas were again submitted on October 1, 1973 and a public hearing was held on October 29, 1973. At a meeting hold on November 19, 1.973, at which all of the same members were present, member Ostheimr made a motion to APPROVE the subdivision subject to certain conditions; Mr. Montei ro seconded the motion and the vote was un.ani.mous. Details of all proceedings and actions of the Board are on file in the minutes and files of the Planning Board office.
