NORTH ANDOVER, MASS 01045 RE: 17 GREAT OAK STREET NORTH ANDOVER MASS Dear Ms Enright, We were contracted by Mr Joe Lannon, the developer of this lot, to conduct site Inspections during construction of the new home. From April of 2021 to June of 2021 we conducted weekly inspections of the property to make sure erosion control measures were in place and functioning properly while site soils were disturbed. Throughout these inspections the developer maintained proper BMP's and we did not observe any erosion issues during this time. By July of 2021 vegetation had developed and filled in nicely. Through out July of 2021 to the end of August of 2021 we cUt our inspections back to bi-weekly until September when all of the disturbed soils were stabilized. We'agaift checked the property towards the end of September, Our observations at this time where that the property had established vegetation which was well established. It is our understanding that Mr Lannon would now like to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for the structure. Please accept this letter outlining our site inspections and review of the property, Also attached is the as-built plan we prepared which shows the site conditions as of December 20, 2021, this plan, when overlayed over the definitive subdivision plan shows the proposed improvements closely match the asbuid conditions.
