Douglas Drive Sub-division Dear Sir: Reference is made to our letter to your board on 3/4/74, copy enclosed, regarding this sub-division. - Re-observation of the soil was made on May 21i 1977. At that time, percolRti.on tests were not able to be made on several of the lots. It was agreed between the Board of Health observer and Mr. Joseph DiAngelo, Registered Professional Engineer, that the soil conditions as now existing do not allow for the passing of percolation tests on a majority of the lots.
