Dear Sir,
We are delivering the ink tracing and 6 prints of our. plan
414-12 dated 26 April 1968. We are also leaving 6 prints at Mr.
Farr' s office.
The road, profile and utilities are not changed. The lots
have been combined so that now there are two buildings on each
lot except lot 1.3 where there is one. The parking areas are now
20 feet from the lot lines, the buildings are set back from the
street at least 30 feet and from the lot line; at least 20 feet
as required by 4-73 of article 79.
The bui.ldingd on lots 13, 14,15 and 1.6 have been moved south to
satisfy the abutters on the north as far as possible.
The only doubt in my mind is the swimming pool. Roy Farr
says this is 0 K but it seems to me it should be eliminated
if the Board Of Appeals so wishes. The Board could sign sub-
ject to the elimination of the pool,
