The contractor is currently finish grading the roadway in preparation for the application of the binder coat of pavement. All construction has been completed except for paving and loaming and seeding of the shoulder areas. Since the subdivision is so clone to interim completion, we recommend release of the lots, subject to posting of the $J% 000. 00 brand and approved completion of paving and shoulder grading. if you have any further question, please advise. The Planning Board agreed by consensus to release all but $500 of the remaining funds. The Board will retain this amount for one year to ensure the survival of the street trees that were recently planted.
