NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L.,Chapter 40A,Section 9& I I &Section 9.5
PRD,Section 10.3 Special Permit of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw and in accordance
with M.G.L. Chapter 41, Sections 81-0,and 81-T, 81-U,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing Application for a Planned Residential Development and
Special Permit, and for approval of the development of a
definitive subdivision consisting of 8 single family homes
clustered in a small village with over 35%of the site
protected as permanent open space within the R-2 zoning
district.

Description of Premises: The Oroperty is presently developed containing one existing
house and 10.1 acres with approximately 285' of frontage
along Salem Street. All new homes will be connected to
municipal sewer system.
