The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, September
14 , 1993 continued from April 13 , May 11, June 8 , July 13 and
August 10 , 1993 upon the application of Rogers Park Realty Trust
requesting a variance from Section 8 . 5, Paragraph 6 (D) of the
Zoning Bylaw so as to permit a reduction of the minimum distance
in the Buffer Zone of 501 for pavement or roadway from any parcel
boundary within a Planned Residential Development on the premises
located at 580 Osgood Street. The following members were present
and voting: Mr. Sullivan, Mr. Soule, Mr. Vivenzio, Mr. Rissin
and Mr. Ford.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover citizen on March
24 and 31, 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail .
Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Rissin the Board
voted unanimously to ALLOW THE PETITIONER TO WITHDRAW WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
