Dear Bill;
Please find attached, a copy of definitive plans for Stiles St. that I have submitted
to Planning Board for a public hearing. Note that the date of the plans has been listed in
error as 8/08/03; the date should have been 8/06/03.The board is requiring this
application as they have rejected my ANR application for this lot. Also find attached a
copy of an 8.5" X 11" House location plan showing the requested driveway location,
I am requesting a waiver for the construction of the designed town road in favor
of a 14' wide driveway to access the existing lot at 0 Stiles St.No town maintenance of
this driveway is being requested if the board approves the waiver, Per our discussion,
will you forward your comments as to whether the DPW preference is a driveway only or
a town road to one lot?

discussion at the next Planning Board Meeting, Tuesday August 19, 2003. The purpose of
this discussion will be to ask the board to waive review of the submitted plans by outside
consultant in favor of a review by the DPW.

DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN
LIST OF WAIVERS
The following is a list of waivers requested from the North Andover Planning
Board"Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land"for the subdivision
submitted for property at 0 Stiles St. in North Andover.

1. 5.2.5.1 b.)Notation that all deeds from the owner of the subdivision shall reserve
the fee in all streets or ways shown on the subdivision plan, such fee to be
retained by the developer until conveyed to the Town.
2. 5.2.5.3(2)Existing contours extending 50`beyond the perimeter of the
subdivision.
3. 15.2.5.3(5). The location and identification of all permanent project bench marks
in the subdivision. A minimum of two (2) bench marks are required for each
street;
