Dear Sir: The following petition was heard at a meeting of the Planning Board on Tuosday eveDing, June; 139 1972 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Building. The following members were Present and voting: Charles Ora Trombly® Jr., Chairman; Fritz Osthorr,, Clerk and William ll..iam Chepul_i.s. ("f.ORGE 1Ia F ARR petitioned to subdivide a parcel of land containing approximately 6 +r,ies on the northeasterly side of Fa'arnum Streatp approx. 200 feet, west of Raleigh T'A-Vern Lane. The Board took the petition under advisement and wilel, view the area with Mr. Farry Mr. Nicetta, the engineer and abutters on Juno 19, 1972. The Board met again on Wednesday evening, July 5t 1972 with the following members Present, and voting: Charles W. `i'rombl.y9 Jr.e Chairman; Donald X. Iteirstead, Vice Chairman; Fritz Ostherry Clerk and Wi:I.:I..'i.am C}awl„io3 The Board had viewed the area and found it, to be very wet. Nicholas F. Niceabtap Highway Surveyor sent ra letter with a list of recommendations. After some discussion, Mr. Osther°r monde a motion to APPROU the subdivision subject to certain conditions; Mr. Kei rstead seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The conditions are as follows: 1.
