This subdivision isca"rised of five lots, being numbered Lot 23, 24 , 25, 26 and 27; however, it is my intention to preserve Lot 21 as conservation land and I would like to discuss with the various 'town Boards the possibility of deeding this lot to the Town. My engineer, Andover Consultants , Inc. , is in the process of preparing all the plans necessary for filing with the various Town agencies, i.e, Board of Health and Conservation Commission. In the meantime, I will be present at your meeting; of February 2nd to afford the Planning Board the opportunity to make any comments or ask any questions they deem pertinent.
