forth Andover, On June. 24 , 1988 a field (Drew was sent to the site and a field
Survey, was completed. A .meeting was held on the site on July 15 , 1988- between

:heclked oil several. subsequent (Occasions but the file was still, not available.
Phe last call to the Conservation Commission indicated that there was a site

liscuss the situation with the Commission at that time,
On August 11 , 1988 Mr. Arc:.idi.aoono meth with roe and—ii-idicate(_1 that, there
:iad been some miscommunication regarding the. site visit from the. Commission and
that he had attended tile. meeting and that flee matter was ri(Ot to bf-- (11SOL138 d ,
,-gut that he could file a foriTgal corciplaint so that the: Commission. (Dould
Lrivestigate the situation.
The development taking place. on bot. one Cranberry Lane appears. to vary from
the plans approved by the Planning Board in that a twenty foot no cut easernent
.t the rear of Old Village Lane seems to have been disturbed and that the
-levation of the dwelling and tile. surrounding site grading appear to be
Donsiderably higher than shown.
The construction on Lot one may have an o f f ec`ct, on the Are id.i.ao{iri.i) pr(pf-a r't.y
