Alison liGloria appeared for Renewal Andersen.
They would replace 8 double hung windows, white exterior with high performance Smart sun
glass. Like for like.
It would be good composite, two over two on top.

For petition at 11 Bixby Ave., Robert Stephenson, homeowner (contact permit James Poplin,
Sacramento, CA).
Stephenson appeared and discussed installation of 15 solar panels on existing residential roof.
. 75kW. All black panels will be installed flush with the reef.
Stephenson said a local contractor will do this. Fox gray shingle will Hutch the neighborhood
and fiat's on the louse.
Lafond: usually ask that panels be along bottom edge. Why are they sat back on the right side?
Stephenson: Probably because gets more sun.
All members said they would like more information. Stephenson asked for a continuance.

and steps without permit.
