Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing on
March 24, 1992,at 8:00 p.m.in the Town Building, Selectmen's Meeting Room with all parties
interested in the application of Robert Bailey for Bailey Trust, 499 Waverley Road, North
Andover, MA, requesting approval of a definitive subdivision pursuant to the provisions of
M.G.L. Chapter 41,Section 81T,under the requirements of the Subdivision Control Law and
the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land of the Planning Board in the
Tow of North Andover. The following described parcel of land bounded as follows and
containing 3.5 acres, more or less, subdivided into 7 lots known as Den Rock View in a
Residential-4 (R-4) Zoning District.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 85 Section 3B
the North Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday evening, July 18, 1995, at f:30 p.m. in the Senior Center
behind the Town Building for the purpose of discussing changing the
name of Dryad Street, a way which is open for public use but has
not become a public way, to Hawthorne Place. The location is off
of Waverly Road in North Andover, MA.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the
application should appear at the time and place designated.
