All my right, title and interest in and to an area shown as
"Pump Station Easement" with all the buildings thereon in or
within an area marked "Pump Station Easement" as shown on Lot 8A
on North Essex District Registry of Deeds Plan Number 12689 .
This Grant of Easement is to allow the grantee herein, its
successors and assigns, the ability and right to own and operate
a sewer lift station and to do all things incidental thereto
without exception. The grantee herein, agrees to be subject to
all restrictions and agreements of record regarding the ownership
and operation of said sewer lift station.
Being a portion of the premises conveyed to the grantor by
deed of Thomas L. Bailey and Robert C. Bailey, Trustees of Bailey
Family Realty Trust dated November 8 , 1994 and recorded with
Essex North District Registry of Deeds in Book 4167 Page 321 .
The Trustee herein, hereby certifies that he is the only
Trustee of said Trust, that said Trust is still in full force and
effect, that said Trust has not been altered, amended or revoked
and that this conveyance has been authorized by 100% of the
beneficiaries of said Trust.
