5 E. Goldman Chairman: The Planning Board meeting for October 1,2024,was called to order at 7 p.m.

7 E. Goldman Chairman: Stated there is a quorum;Great Pond Rd. (boat launch)needed to continue to October 15,2024
8 because four members are needed to vote on a special permit.

11 279/280 Farnum Street,Jeannie Mlckcl,(Diane Perna: Lot line change. Property is located in the Residential 2 zoning
12 district.
13 J.Enright: Plan proposes a lot line change to boundary between 279 and 280 Farnum Street. The plan maintains required
14 setback from the side property line and rnects all zoning required acreage,access and frontage.
15 MOTION: S.Kevlallan made a motion to approve the ANR for 279/280 Farnum Street and direct the Planner to sign the
16 mylar,P. Boynton seconded the motion.The vote was 3-0,unanimous in favor.

21 family house,infrastructure, and site grading on an undeveloped lot within tile Nan-Discharge Zone and subsurface drainage
22 within the Non-Disturbance Zone of the Watershed Protection District.The property is located in the Residential 3 zoning
23 district.

36 including demolition of the existing bituminous concrete boat launch,retaining wall,and gravel parking area. Tile work
37 includes construction of a new hand carry boat launch,Mechanically Stabilized Earth block wall,permeable paver parking
38 area and driveways, two bioretention areas, and tree plantings.Tile property is located in the Residential I (R-1)zoning
39 district.
