Property is located in the Residential 2 zoning 12 district. 13 J.Enright: Plan proposes a lot line change to boundary between 279 and 280 Farnum Street. The plan maintains required 14 setback from the side property line and rnects all zoning required acreage,access and frontage. 15 MOTION: S.Kevlallan made a motion to approve the ANR for 279/280 Farnum Street and direct the Planner to sign the 16 mylar,P.
