A Watershed Special Penn t (W SP) was issued for this project by the Planning Board on November 21, 2023 and the Notice of Decision was recorded in Book: 17895 Page:216. X found the project built iri substantial compliance with the`WSP and the approved design plan, The owner recorded a deed restriction;on fertilizer a0d pavement sealant use in Book: 17895 Pager 242. The approved fooip:rint of the addition.was constructed as permitted. There was a l foot second floor.cantilever that was not shown on the approved plan, but the roof area of the cantilever is collected by the gutter system and conveyed to the drainage infiltration field: This is a n inor charge with no impact to the watershed since the roof runoff. is collected and recharged. The 1 foot second floor cantilever is refleeted on the As-built plan. T have attached six(6) site photos taken on September 13,2024 for reference. The yard is frilly stabilized.by grass and/or landscaped means, I would recommend the Planning Board release theperformance bond being held for this project.
