The work involves:The applicant wishes to establish a 16'x 21'area of artificial turf grass at the side of the house which is very shady and very,difficult for grass or any other ground cover to grow. This area is meant as an alternative location for the family dog to relieve itself and thereby avoiding deterioration of the backyard. The project entails the laying of a single tier of wall blocks and side pavers, import of clean loam to level the area,install a layer of pea gravel/pea stone,weed barrier and top with artificial turf grass.The limit of the closest part of this project is greater than 40 feet from die wetland and no closer to the\wetland than existing structures (house and creek). All work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: • Application Checklist with supporting narrative and attachments prepared by Jeffrey Clark, dated October 4,2024; • Sinall Project"Annotated As-Built"dated 10-24-24. The following conditions are hereby mandated: CONDITIONS: 1. Post-construction inspection shall be scheduled with the Conservation Department:to verify compliance with the approval. 2.
