North Andover Realty Corp. , a Massachusetts corporation having an
usual place of business at 100 Johnnycake Lane, North Andover, Essex
County, Massachusetts, in consideration of $1. 00, the receipt of which
is acknowledged and the prospective benefits to be derived by reason of'
the locating, establish, constructing, and maintaining of a certain
drain under the supervision of the Municipal Departments of the Town of
North Andover [Department of Public Works] County of Essex, Commonwealth
of Massachusetts, as described below, do convey and release to the
Inhabitants of the Town of North Andover, a Massachusetts municipal
corporation in Essex County, Massachusetts, an easement and right of way
for a certain drain, more particularly designated and described below,
over and across real property owned by it and situated in the County of
Essex, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and more particularly described as
follows:
For all purposes usually associated with drainage over the
lots in the subdivision all as shown on Plan of land entitled: "Street
Layout Plan Keyes Way located in North Andover, MA Scale 111 = 401
December 200111 Christiansen & Sergi Professional Engineers Land
Surveyors recorded with the Essex North District Registry of Deeds as

the sole purpose of locating, establishing, constructing, and

drain. The route and course of the drainage is as shown on said plan.

GRANT OF PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT
North Andover Realty Corp. , a Massachusetts corporation having an
usual place of business at 100 Johnnycake Lane, North Andover, Essex
County, Massachusetts, in consideration of $1.00, the receipt of which
is acknowledged and the prospective benefits to be derived by reason of
the locating, establish, constructing, and maintaining of a certain
pedestrian easement under the supervision of the Municipal Departments
of the Town of North Andover [Department of Public Works] County of
Essex, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do convey and release to the
Inhabitants of the Town of North Andover, a Massachusetts municipal
corporation in Essex County, Massachusetts
An easement and right in perpetuity 20 feet in width to construct,
operate and maintain a public pedestrian access easement on, over and
across Lot 3, as shown on a plan entitled: "The Sanctuary a single
family subdivision Date: March 31, 1998, revised April 2, 1999" which
plan is recorded with North Essex Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 13,603
for access and egress to land from a certain public way, Keyes Way in
the Town of North Andover to land now or formerly of N. E. Power Company
and designated on said plan as "Prop. . 20' Wide Pedestrian Access
Easement" also shown on Plan of Lot 3A, Parcel A and Parcel B on Plan
recorded with the North Essex Registry of Deeds as Plan No 13990 to
which plan reference is also made.
For Grantor's title see deed recorded with North Essex Registry of
Deeds in Book 5599, Page 138.
This conveyance is being made in the usual course of business of
the corporation, and does not represent the sale of all or substantially
all of the Massachusetts assets of the grantor corporation.
