My understanding is that you were giving us permission to re-engineer the plans for the Water Street parking lot so that we might eliminate 2 of the four islands presented on the site plan and eliminate the need for lights to be placed in those islands. We will keep the two islands at either end of the parking area and remove the 2 middle ones. We will engage Mass Electric and have them focus a light on the parking lot from Water Street. There is already a light focused on the parking lot from Merrimack Street which gives adequate lighting right now for this parking lot. Bill, your suggestions for bumper to bumper parking in a new parking lot at 187 Main Street were very helpful. When we purchase that piece of land, I will submit an engineered proposal for parking as you suggested with the possible re-configuring of islands now present in our present lot near the school (as you suggested). Again, many thanks for taking the time to be so helpful to us here at St. Michael's. Peace in Christ, Rev. Paul T. Keyes NORTH ANDOVER REALTY CORP. CHARLES A.
