by the Boards and in furtherance thereof hereby Wass to abide by the Hoard's

1 . There shall he no driveways placed in the location when-, catch
basins or stone bounds eve to be installed . It shall be the
developers r espoocibi 1 i ty to insure against such instances even
if lots ate sold to others after lot release .
2 . The cul-de-sac shall be r-edesigrred in accordance with the retort
by the Highway Superintendent dated November 16 , 1987 and in
accordance with Condition Flr 5 .

serviced in the Winter months and that the water and qcwer

completion of the As-Built Plans and profiles and shall not be
released until such plans are submitted and approved by the
Planning Board . Any discrepancies between the approved plans
