Minutes of October 10, 2024
Present: Chairman William Callahan, John Simons Terrance Holland, Rick Green, Adam Bagni, John
Mabon
Absent: Tracy Watson,Tim Tschirhart, Ron Rudis.
Staff: Zach Melcher
William Callahan called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and stated that everyone is attending in
person with no remote participation. Residents can view the meeting live on their cable channel or
online.
This is the last meeting before the public session on November 14t". W. Callahan reviewed a few
methods of outreach to encourage people to apply.
Quarterly Reports—Zach Melcher stated that there are no significant changes.
Stevens Estate Light Fixtures—W. Callahan gave some background about the project. Fireside does
not want to proceed with the project. He suggested closing the project and putting the funds back
into the CPC account. J. Simons asked for an update from Fireside on the status of the Estate.
MOTION- Motion made by A. Bagni to close the account for the Stevens Estate Light Fixtures and
authorize no further spending. Seconded by R. Green. J Simons-yes,T. Holland -yes, R. Green-yes,
W. Callahan-yes, A. Bagni-yes,J. Mabon-yes. All in favor 6-0.
CPC Financials— Monthly Report -Tax commitments are coming in as expected at 2.5 million,
spending this quarter is $500,000.
Closed Account memo relates to project #1370 which is the Housing Authority kitchen and bath. The
project is complete.
MOTION- Motion made by R. Green to close account# 1370. Seconded by T. Holland. J Simons-
yes, T. Holland -yes, R. Green-yes, W. Callahan-yes, A. Bagni-yes,J. Mabon-yes. All in favor 6-0.
MOTION— Motion made by A. Bagni to approve the September 121h Meeting Minutes. Seconded
by T. Holland. J Simons-yes, R. Green-yes, W. Callahan-yes, A. Bagni-yes,J. Mabon-yes. All in
favor 5-0.
MOTION - R. Green made a motion to adjourn, seconded by A. Bagni. All in favor,vote 6-0.
