The work involves: rehabilitation of driveway retaining wall and associated steps within the same footprint,removal and reconstruction of the front walkway and front entry steps to the house. The layout of the front walkway will be slightly modified from existing in order to create a gentler and more easily navigable arc leading to the front door.The new walkway layout will come closer to the wetland than existing but will be outside the 50' No Build Zone, and at its closest point will be —55 feet from the BVW within lawn or previously existing hardscape. During the November 13,2024 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (.NY\CC) found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unanimously to approve this project as proposed under Gale,o?la 1,' 01her siwilaa°p-ojeels q/`r. inilrrral i vpad, cis delenarine d l!),the NorlbAndorer Cairseivalion Co>lmiissroil, subject to compliance with the conditions listed below see pagrc 2). The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and and, and all oher approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. **The applicant, homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the property is allowed under this permit. The NACC has jurisdiction over all of the wetlands and associated 100--loot buffer zones and 200 ➢t.iverfront Area to the Shzawsheen Diver on site and any work that iihvolves ground disturbance or changing the current conditions in these areas will require permitting with the NACC. This includes, but are not limited to, house additions, pools,patios, decks, sheds, fences, garden beds.landscaping and bridge installation, tree or vegetation cuttii-tg/pruning. These activities :shall be held to the current standards under the B slaw and WPA.** All work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: • Application Checklist with supporting narrative and attachments prepared by the applicant and the contractor:, stamped recived November 1, 2024; • Aerial Map, showing measured distances to wetland and annotated to show proposed conditions; • Project Narrative prepared by contractor; • Project sketch prepared by contractor. 55 Fuller Road—Small Projcct Permit Approval Category 1, Page I of 2 The following conditions ate hereby mandated: CONDITIONS: 1. Prior to any work con-in-iencing, erosion control, in the form of 8" straw wattle securely staked, shall be installed at die wetland side of work at approximately 8 feet off the edge of the new walkway footprint, 2. A pre-constructiontnecting with Conservation staff, the homeowner and the cotittactot shall be held to review the scope of work and conditions of this permit. 3, Post-construction inspection shall be scheduled with the Conservation Dcpaj.-Lment to verify compliance with the approval.
