Prepared for Scott Properties, Inc.", Scale: 1"=40' , Dated Oct. 2, 1978, Frank C. Gelinas & Associates, Engineers & Architects; and said easement is more particularly bounded and described as follows, according to said plan: SOUTHEASTERLY Twenty-three and 55/100 (23.55) feet in a curved line by the sideline of Willow Ridge Road, as shown on said plan; NORTHEASTERLY .. One hundred twenty-two and 22/100 (122.22) feet by the Southeasterly boundary of .Lot 12, as shown on said plan; NORTHEASTERLY Again, Seventy-seven and 78/I00 (77.78) feet by a portion of Lot 11A, as shown on said plan; NOR=STERLY Twenty (20.00) feet by said Lot 11A, as shown on said plan; and SOUTHWESTERLY Two hundred seven and 97/100 (207.97) feet, still by said Lot 11A, as shown on said plan. This grant is on condition that .the Grantee, its successors and assigns, shall act at all times when on the property of the Grantors, pursuant to the right granted herein, in a prudent and careful manner and that any damage to any land of the Grantors occasioned by the operation, maintenance and/or repairs to any pipes or other equipment, installed or to be installed, which may be necessary to accomplish the drainage purposes for which this easement is granted, shall be rectified to the satisfaction of the Grantor at the sole expense of the Grantee hereunder. This easement shall run with the land and be binding upon both parties, their legal representatives,heirs, devisees, successors and assigns. The right to use the land upon which this easement is granted is reserved to the Grantors, their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors and assigns, for all purposes not inconsistent with this easement grant. This easement shall expire upon the relocation of or the substitution of other means for the necessary drainage which do not require .the use of the land of the Grantor.
