Re: Whippoorwill Park - Subdivision Modification
Dear Ms. Dickerson,
Thank you for coming to the Planning Board meeting last
night to discuss the proposed modification to the Whippoorwill
Park Subdivision Plans. The Planning Board voted to close the
public hearing and to approve the modification as shown on the
plans with the addition of an island to be located in the center
of the cul-de-sac. The location of the island will be determined
in the field with the Planning and DPW Staff.
I will set up a time with the DPW and with your engineer to
mark the placement of the island in the field. The location of
the island must be shown on the final plans prior to endorsement
of the Plans by the Board. A final decision will be filed with
the Town Clerk's office by July 13 .

Re: Whippoorwill Park Subdivision - Fire Sprinklers
Dear Ms. Dickerson,
Z am writing to confirm that you are released from Condition
18 (C) of the original Planning Board decision dated February 27,
1991 approving the Whippoorwill Park Definitive Subdivision. As
this project falls under the subdivision rules and regulations
and does not require special permit approval, the Planning Board
cannot require the installation of fire sprinkler systems.
However both the Fire Department and Planning Board would urge
you to install systems for your own personal safety.

Dear Ms. Dickerson,
The Planning Board has scheduled a discussion regarding Scott
Circle on April 4 starting at 7 : 00. Please be prepared to present
your article to the Board and to any members of the public that may
attend.
The Planning Board will need the following documents prior to April
4 in order to make a favorable recommendation at Town Meeting:
A deed to be filed with the Registry of Deeds Office which
grants the fee in the right-of-way to the Town of North
Andover.
