Attached is an Approval Not Required Plan for the property at 1975 Salem Street North Andover. I am
aware that the Special Permits approved by the Board for this property are still under appeal and l do
not expect endorsement of this plan prior to the expiration of the appeal period. If any of those permits
are appealed during the appeal period I will withdraw this plan without prejudice.

Our records indicate the property has slightly over 430 feet of frontage and the additional frontage will provide the
frontage necessary for 3 lots.

Thank you. But the lot already has 3.37Acres and 461 feet of frontage which is over double what is required in an R2. (1
acre and 150)So he could already split his lot unless there is a CBA or National Heritage issue.

The abutter is the brother of the owner. When Parcel A is added to his property it will provide him with adequate
frontage for an additional lot.That lot would be created only through a future plan to be filed with the Board.

I have asked Lois and yourself about Parcel A and the intention for providing the abutting property more frontage and
area than needed for his lot and I have not received an answer, other than the owner wishes to do so. So I will be
pointing that out to the Board. Other than that,I don't see any issues with the plans you provided.
