This Declaration of Restriction is made and entered into as of this 16th day of November, 2023
by Patrick Gaffny (herein after "Gaffny"), of 104 Bonny Lane, North Andover, MA 01845, the
owner of a certain parcel of land located at 104 Bonny Lane, North Andover, MA 01845 with the
deed referenced in Book 17651 Page 64.
WHEREAS, Gaffny has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover for a
Watershed Special Permit.
WHEREAS, Gaffny agrees, for himself, his successors and assigns, that:
1. Fertilizers are limited to those that are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
phosphorous free.
2. The use of coal tar-based pavement sealants isprohibited.
