Regarding the dewatering, before there is any additional pumping, there should be a dewatering filter bag on
site located generally as shown below. All water pumped from the excavation should be pumped into the

the dead one can be removed, flush cut only. The second can be trimmed
to remove the limb that is leaning over Patrick's yard. Patrick, I recommend
that you make sure if the tree to be removed is on your property
® Pool mechanical equipment location was identified next to the existing
AC chiller units-Jean and I are okay with that. Patrick may replace the
chiller units and reduce the existing concrete pad they currently sit on.
® We can flag out the locations of the wetland markers once the fence is
removed and the area is replanted .
® The existing dwarf evergreen shrub within the restoration area can be
removed, the other shrubs/saplings should stay
® 1 have attached specs for native restoration seed mixes, either should
be used in the restoration area- Patrick, please provide an invoice for the
mix you choose upon availability.

DESCRIPTION OF SITE WORD
- Following commencement of site work, this was the first site inspection completed as required by the Order
of Conditions and Watershed Special Permit.
- Erosion control consisting of a silt fence and silt sock have been installed which will serve as the limit of
work.
- Trees indicated on the Site Plans have been removed and the stumps remain.
- The excavation for the pool has been completed, fabric and rebar for the pool have been installed.
-Approximately 12" of water was observed in the "deep end" of the pool. Any and all pumping of water
shall be directed to a dewatering filter bag and located north of the proposed pool outside of the 50' buffer
zone (see mark up attached),
- The construction access as shown on the approved plans has been modified for a more direct route from the
Bonny Lane cul-de-sac. A stabilized construction entrance consisting of crushed stone has been installed the
end of the access.
- The removal of a fence encroaching into he 25'NDZ and revegetation of the area shown on the plan will be
completed following site work.
- A small stockpiled is located as shown on site plans.
