Re: 97 and 101 Sutton Hill Road Minor Footprint Revisions
Hi Jean,
Pursuant to our conversation regarding these minor footprint revisions proposed for 97 and 101
Sufton Hill Road, the attached plan shows the overall additions and reductions to impervious
areas on the two lots.
97 Sutton Hill Road (Lot 4) shows essentially no change in impervious areas on the lot, and
there are no proposed changes to finished grading.
101 Sutton Hill Road (Lot 3), which is where the planned demolition of the existing structure(s)
occurred, shows a slight reduction in impervious areas on the lot of approximately 420 st, and
no material proposed changes to finished grading.
These minor revisions will allow the pre-sold homes to accommodate the needs of the new
residents, achieve variety of homes and rooflines while maintaining traditional local designs, and
will have an overall impact of a reduction in impervious areas on the combined site.
We would like to move ahead wth construction as soon as possible, so let me know of any
