Lot 3 + Lot 4 - Recently Constructed Foundations
Ms. Enright;
The developer of the Capstone subdivision recently constructed concrete foundations on Lot 3 and Lot 4.
Although the foundations had different footprints from the approved Definitive subdivision plans and were
slightly larger than what was approved, the net effect is "no material change"from the approved plan since the
onsite drainage systems for each lot has sufficient capacity to handle the slight increase in impervious area
associated with the foundations.
Furthermore, the foundations each comply with the zoning setback requirements for the zoning district.
Foundation As-built plans have been prepared and submitted to the Town of North Andover Building
Department.
