HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-01-03 Conservation Commission Minutes MINUTES OF NAC:: MEETING OF JANUARY 3 1990 PRESENT C SCHOENE R MANSOUR G RICH A BREWSTER P TkRIOT CHAIR R DOUCETTE, ADMIN W SOUSA VICE-CHAIR M BOUDROT, SEC MINUTES W Sousa motioned to accept the amended minutes of March 11, 1987 and November 2), 1989 C Schoene seconded motion carried LOT 1 ESSEX STREET (#242-259) REQUEST FOR EXTENSION The present owner of this lot is Richard Barrett The current Orders expire on April 1 1990 and the Order of Conditions prohibits work during (March April and May R Mansour motioned to extend the Order of Conditions until November 15 1990 W Sousa seconded motion carried LOT 10 TUCKER -ARM ROAD (#242-382) REQUEST FOR EXTENSION The current Order of Conditions has expired The present owner of this lot is Michael Roberts W Sousa motioned to extend the Order of CondiLtions until Feb 11 1991 C Schoene seconded motion carried SHANNON LANE ( 0242-279) MODIFICATION REQUEST R Mansour motioned to accept the modified plans as presented by Mr Cahill at. our last meeting W Sousa seconded, motion carried HERITAGE ESTATES (#242-320) REQUEST FOR EXTENSION This is a fourteen (14) lot subdivision The Order of Conditions has expired The project has not begun due to litigation with an abutter The owner is Robert Haverty who appeared before the Commission A motion was made by W Sousa to grant a one year extension until April 28 1990 G Reich seconded motion carried LOT 10A OLD FARM ROAD (#242-387) MODIFICATION RDOUEST The Modification that was presented requested eliminating the wall The modification request was rejected No vote was taken 152 ABBOTT STREET (#242-30) REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE The lot at #152 Abbott St contains portions of Lots 104 105 and 106 These lots have received Compliances but these were not recorded W Sousa motioned we reissue a Certificate of Compliance G Reich seconded motion carried • LOT 3 DEERFIELD (#242-348) REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION Phil Christiansen presented plans showing a new driveway location and house shape. W. Sousa motioned to accept the modification. W. Sousa motioned to accept the modification plan of December 28, 1989 on Lot 3 Deerfield. C. Schoene seconded, motion carried. LOT 3 , 4 & 5 SOUTH BRADFORD STREET (#242=5191 NOTICE OF INTENT - CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING Phil Christiansen of Christiansen & Sergi presented the plans for construction on one lot with two driveway crossings. Mr. Andrew Crumb expressed concerns regarding flooding and drainage. Mrs. Ayers spoke about her backyard being flooded. Other abutters spoke about the driveway and flooding. W. Sousa motioned to close the public hearing and issue an Order of Condition 21 days after receipt of notification of staking the drive and flagging the replication area. C. Schoene seconded, motion carried. FLAGSHIP DRIVE WILLOW ST. EXTENSION (#242-484N NOTICE OF INTENT - REOPENING OF PUBLIC HEARING Thomas Neve of Neve Associates represented the owner Bayfield Company. This involves an Industrial Subdivision and there will be 4 , 960 square feet of filling. W. Sousa motioned to close the reopening of the public hearing and issue an amended order of Conditions on Flagship Drive. C. Schoene seconded, motion carried. JERAD PLACE ROAD - PHASE II PUBLIC HEARING - DETERMINATION$ House construction is proposed for: Lot 16, Jerad Place Rd. , Candlestick Rd. Lots 18, 19, 22, 26, 38,39 . Site plans for lots 18, 38, 39 need to be revised. Bob Mansour motioned to continue the public hearing on these lots to 1/17/90. Bill Sousa seconded, motion carried. Bill Sousa motioned to empower the site visit team to make determinations in the field for lots 16, 19, 22, 26. Carl seconded, motion carried. MOBIL OIL CORPORATION PUBLIC HEARING - DETERMINATION The representatives did not show for this meeting. To be continued on 1/17/90. Meeting adjourned 11: 10 P.M. Paul Tariot, Chairman
