G Reich motioned to issue the Certificate of Compliance for Lot

EXTENSION
A letter requesting six months extension was submitted

Al Shaboo gave an overview of the project and wetlands
restoration/replication Discussion of refiling or extension
R Mansour motioned to extend three years from closing and
increased the bond to $5 000 Modification to Orders of
Conditions roust be discussed at re-opened public hearing on May
30 1990 Alison Brewster seconded extension granted

Dave Jordan gave an overview Areas V and W flow together into

Discussion took place of watershed issues litigation and wetland
delineations A site visit will be conducted and a decision
would be made at the next meeting on May 30 1990

Mr Quinn stated that a bond would be in the office by Monday
