DISCUSSION
Dr Ross Doberteen discussed the various methods of wetlands
restoration and replication Loosestrife control was also
discussed
LOT 2 OLD CART WAY - (#242-406)
COMPLIANCE
Mr Teoll Mrs Howard expressed concerns regarding aesthetics
G Reich motioned to grant a Partial Certificate of Compliance
C Schoene seconded motion carried
LOT 4 TIFFINY LANE - (#242-463)
REQUEST PARTIAL COMPLIANCE
Land is being transferred new owner needs clear title Negative
Determination ras been issued on this lot A Brewster motioned
to issue a Partial Certificate of Compliance on Lot 4 Tiffiny
Lane from the subdivision Order of Conditions G Reich
seconded motion carried

REQUEST EXTENSION
This lot has been tied up in litigation G Reich motioned to
grant a one-year extension D Moore seconded motion carried
DEERFIELD LANE - (#242-348)
REQUEST FOR EXTENSION
Homes are stil_ under construction G Reich motioned to issue
an Extension Permit until June 20 1991 on Deerfield Lane D
Moore seconded motion carried
SIDERI PLACE - (#242-339)
REQUEST FOR PARTIAL BOND RELEASE
A Brewster motioned to extend the Orders of Conditions for six
months, until Cctober 30, 1990 a period of six months G Reich
seconded, motion carried Applicant to submit information on
types of plantings done

LOTS 28, & 29 VEST WAY - (#242-529)
NOTICES OF INTENT - PUBLIC HEARING
C Schoene has concerns regarding septic systems There was a
discussion on septic systems by Al Shaboo and Dr Mallett A
Brewster questioned as to what the replication area would look
like G Reich spoke about various septic designs and B Mansour
suggested making it one lot with one SSDS - no filling
Abutters Mr Miller Mr Marcus and Mr Ferraro spoke C
Schoene motioned to continue the public hearing until June 27
1990 R Mansour seconded motion carried Applicant proposing
to fill wetlands to meet set-back requirements Variance from
set-backs had been made to the Board of Health but denied
CHESTNUT GREEN - (#242-243)
REOPENING OF NOTICE OF INTENT
A five-thousand dollar bond has been posted Al Shaboo and
Mallett attended the meeting R Mansour motioned to issue a
Modification and G Reich seconded The NACC agreed to accept
the plans and documents letter from Mallett Associates dated May
2, 1990 and the proposed Wetlands Restoration Plan dated May 7
1990 to file #242-243
LOT 29 ABBOTT STREET
DETERMINATION - PUBLIC HEARING
D Moore motioned to empower the site visit team to make a
decision on site G Reich seconded motion carried
885 FOREST STREET
DETERMINATION - PUBLIC HEARING
The owners of 885 Forest Street are the Runnings This project
involved installing a pipe near a wetland to alleviate flooding
on the property P Tariot motioned to close the public hearing
and issue a Negative Determination with the stipulation that
erosion controls be installed and inspected at the outlet D
• Moore seconded motion carried Also to be reviewed by the
Board of Health
ISLAND PLACE (CHESTNUT ST ) (#4-445 446 AND 447)
DISCUSSION
Ben Osgood Jr was presenting court ordered modifications to
driveways crossing the wetlands No additional filling is
required but the originally proposed two 1 side slopes are being
replaced by headwalls This proposal is to be taken to the
Planning Board
ELECTIONS
The yearly election took place with Paul Tariot elected as the
Chairman and Alison Brewster as the Vice-Chair
Paul Tariot motioned to adjourn at 11 00 P M and George Reich
seconded Motion carried
