EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION
Ken Sundberg, Dr Conjola were present Some modifications have
been made to the plans The applicant would like a modification
and release of the extension The NACC made a site visit and
found the erosion control to be in poor shape the wetlands line
is difficult to locate
Motion to grant a modification and release the extension upon the
establishment of erosion control was made by D Moore and
seconded by A Brewster The existing bond will be investigated

ENFORCEMENT ORDER
Hay bales were installed and staked yesterday G Reich motioned
to lift the Enforcement Order and cease criminal proceedings D
Moore seconded motion carried

PARTIAL COMPLIANCE
D Moore motiored to grant a Certificate of Compliance on Lot 2C
Great Pond Road Don Stanley seconded

REQUEST FOR PARTIAL CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE
A Brewster motioned to grant the two partial Certificates of
Compliance on Lot 32 Coventry Lane G Reich seconded motion

A letter going to Design Engineers was signed by Paul Tariot

Joe Cushing of Kaminski Assoc provided an overview of Orchard
Path (Ironwood Estates)

The hearings were opened and continued until next meeting July

Wetlands and hcuse staked as requested by NACC Flood elevations
were indicated in a letter from Al Shaboo, engineer D Moore
motioned to close the public hearing, A Brewster seconded

Phil Christiansen presented plans Question re previous file
now expired (#242-218) the full extent of the lot disturbance
and revegetation Mr Murphy expressed concerns re flooding as
a result of adjacent development Mr Petty also spoke Ms
Petty asked question about house size NACC requested staking of
house and drive G Reich motioned to close the public hearing
and issue a decision upon receipt of notification that house and
drive are staked D Stanley seconded motion carried

D Moore motioned to issue a Positive Determination G Reich
seconded moticn carried
LOTS 28 & 29 VEST WAY
Much discussion regarding this decision. A public hearing will
be posted for July 18 and a vote will be taken on site.
LOT 27 VEST WAY
C. Schoene motioned to accept the Order of Conditions on Lot 27
Vest Way, G. Reich seconded, motion carried.
LOT 30 VEST WAY
D. Moore motioned to accept the Order of Conditions on Lot 30
Vest Way, G. Reich seconded, motion carried.
