HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-07-25 Conservation Commission Minutes Mts of 7 25 90 NACC Mtg • Present Paul Tariot Chair Alison Brewster Vice-chair Don Stanley Richard Doucette Admin Carl Schoene JERAD PLACE II (#242-461) PARTIAL BOND RELEASE Robert Janusz the owner attended the meeting A letter of July 23 1990 was read regarding removal of Lot 14 from #242-461 (a typo) and remote Sugarcane Lane from this request (It will be built later) A Modification was requested to reword Condition #51 Plans and letter from Tom Neve (7/25/90 were reviewed Questions regarding changes in flood storage and wetlands filling A Brewster motion to grant a Partial bond release of $20 000 a balance of $10 000 remains C Schoene seconded motion granted LOTS 3 & 8 IRONWOOD ROAD (ORCHARD PATH) (#242-324) DETERMINATIONS Work is more -han two-hundred feet from the from the resource area C Schoene motioned to grant a Negative Determination and close the public hearing on Lots 3 & 8 Ironwood Road D Stanley seconded motion carried Joe Cushing presented a number of • plans concerning the subdivision A discussion was held concerning the overlapping Orders on Orchard Path The NACC reviewed the as builts and various lots LOTS 25 & 28 GREAT POND ROAD (#242-532 & 533) CONTINUED PUBL=C HEARING Joe Cushing represented the owner Fred Horne attended the meeting This involves two houses with some grading within 100 feet of a wetland There was a question as to the date of the plan the revision date being June 20 1990 C Schoene motioned to close the public hearing and issue an Order of Conditions within twenty-one days A Brewster seconded motion carried LOT 1 DALE STREET 242-451 DISCUSSION Joe Cushing amended meeting A question was asked does the sewer pump station location and grading conform to the Notice of Intent') Detention Pond/Drainage Line An As-Built has been done for the detention basin There has been no certification as to whether this basin was constructed as approved and whether it functions as approved BOAT RAMP The Commissior was given an update on the status of the Boat Ramp following the Army Corps letter to the NACC WATERSHED COMMITTEE r" The Town Manager will be appointing representatives of all appropriate town boards and departments to sit on a standing committee to address watershed protection issues ITEMS BEFORE OTHER TOWN BOARDS A watershed variance has been requested for a lot on Great Pond Road This will be before the ZBA in August AIRPORT (#242-491) CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE A site visit will be made The applicant has requested a Certificate of Compliance HAROLD PARKER STATE FOREST A forest cutting plan has been submitted The Administrator will review and comment if necessary LOT 7 NORTH CROSS (#242-488) A site visit will take place The applicant has requested a Certificate of Compliance for this pro3 ect LOT E BERRY STREET DECISION A letter from Christiansen Engineering needs to be redrafted to ask for a reopening of public hearing LOT A FOSTER STREET (#242-531) DECISION Foundation drains require moving the house back (away from the septic system) Speak with Debbie and Robert Nicetta A Brewster motioned to accept the following minutes March 3 1990 (Saturdal) and July 11 1990 (Wednesday) D Stanley seconded, motion carried Meeting ad3ourned at 11 00 P M Paul L Tariot
